Position Overview: This role is designed for a full-time remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engages in the month-end financial closing activities for designated areas, including the formulation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation, ensuring the precise and timely entry of all financial transactions into the general ledger and associated subsystems.
  • Assists in pinpointing inefficiencies in workflows and executing new processes and protocols aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Conducts analyses and provides recommendations to guarantee the accurate execution of regulatory assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in reimbursement, with a strong focus on Medicare/Medicaid regulations, analysis, modeling, and reporting concerning third-party payers.
Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth understanding of third-party regulations and financial reporting.
  • Robust accounting foundation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management applications.
  • Capability to operate independently and navigate complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to remain seated for the majority of the workday.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
  • Competence in operating all necessary equipment.
  • This role may involve some travel.
