Their primary duties include food preparation, dishwashing, juicing, and providing assistance throughout the store as required. A key responsibility is to ensure that juices are crafted correctly, all items are prepared for each shift, and that the establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and juice according to the daily prep list while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Wash dishes and ensure that all items are returned to their designated places after cleaning.
  • Receive and organize deliveries using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
  • Maintain organization and prioritize tasks effectively through time management.
  • Communicate with managers or Shift Leaders regarding low inventory levels.
  • Regularly monitor trash levels and dispose of waste when necessary.
  • Assist with station preparations as needed.
  • Ensure the front of house (FOH) is clean, restocking utensils, refilling water, and maintaining the cleanliness of all areas.
  • Check restrooms frequently for cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
  • Address any spills or accidents promptly to maintain a safe environment.
  • Recognize when to seek assistance if workload increases.
