Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of our customer service protocols and be well-versed in product knowledge essential for delivering prompt and precise assistance to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone or email to address inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.

Supervisory Role

Work Environment

This role is based in an office setting and utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here represent what must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Regular communication is required, and the employee will frequently sit, use hands, and reach with arms. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, typically requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Travel Requirements

Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in customer service is necessary.
