Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

  • Identify and create target account lists in collaboration with sales representatives.

Market Research & Planning

  • Assist in executing the overarching strategy and market entry plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews alongside Division Product Management.
  • Support Medline Sales and Product Management teams in leveraging business insights.
  • Prepare and present actionable business plans to ensure feasibility within defined constraints.
  • Guide teams in formulating customer need assessments to ensure practical execution.
  • Develop competitive analysis documentation in partnership with the Product Management team.

Client Engagement

  • Craft and deliver technical proposals illustrating how Medline's offerings can fulfill client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and external stakeholders to relay customer feedback to the Division.
  • Provide in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales personnel.

Program Implementation

  • Oversee various stages from program initiation to trial support and full implementation.
  • Assist sales representatives with inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintain an ongoing role in customer support to resolve product-related issues.
  • Facilitate product conversions when necessary.

Training & Development

  • Design and conduct technical training sessions for customers.
  • Create educational materials, including presentations and manuals.
  • Monitor and address quality concerns or customer complaints, identifying the root cause.

Product Innovation

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends impacting sales and product development.
  • Provide constructive feedback for product enhancements and potential new offerings.
  • Recognize trends based on sales interactions to determine market demands.

Performance Measurement

  • Collaborate with clients to monitor their performance metrics.
  • Track sales forecasts and assist in closing deals to meet targets.
  • Provide updates on key account progress and revenue generation.

Industry Expertise

Qualifications

Education

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $112,320 annually, with actual compensation varying based on location, experience, and qualifications.
