Big Red Liquors, a renowned Indiana-based company, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining store appearance.
Job OverviewAs a key member of the Big Red Liquors team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and providing personalized assistance to meet their needs. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Licenses/Certifications: Possess an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit and an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic math and money handling skills, and a welcoming and helpful attitude.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
