Fitness Sales Professional

Workout Anytime, a leading health club franchise, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. Our mission is to provide a friendly, convenient, life-changing journey with passion. With over 200 locations across the country, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life through fitness and health.
Salary
We offer an estimated hourly rate of $15-$20, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Our compensation package is designed to reward top performers and provide a stable income for dedicated sales professionals.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, setting appointments, and closing sales in our gym settings. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, answering phones in a courteous and professional manner, setting up new memberships, selling personal training services, conducting guest tours, and assisting with daily maintenance tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record in sales or customer service. Previous experience in the fitness industry or sales is preferred, but not required. A flexible schedule with availability to work weekends is also desired.
