We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at AccentCare. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during their end-of-life journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients and their families with emotional and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Delaware
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to travel to all business locations
- Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which the program provides service
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.00
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00am - 5:00pm
