Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RML Specialty Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support patients with medical procedures, such as injections and blood draws.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a nursing assistant education program or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
