About Us
DCI Donor Services has been a pioneering force in the field of organ and tissue donation for over four decades. Our unique approach enables us to facilitate nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
We operate three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. Additionally, we maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and/or organizational leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing DEI Strategy Team and managing DEI initiatives that align with the organization's values and business objectives.
- Driving programs that promote diversity in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Coordinating training programs and resources to educate employees in both classroom and virtual formats.
- Collaborating with HR to collect and analyze DEI data, identifying gaps and trends to measure program effectiveness.
- Using DEI metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Updating the DEI plan document as necessary to account for successes and adjustments due to identified needs.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external DEI organizations, universities, and professional groups to foster recruitment and talent pipelines.
- Representing the company at DEI-related events, conferences, and initiatives to build the company's external reputation in the DEI space.
- Managing Volunteer Service Time Off Program.
- Spearheading the Employee Recognition Program.
- Partnering with HR to provide support to new employee onboarding.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
