About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Fellow to join our team at Raytheon. As a Technical Fellow, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of advanced radar systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, analysis, and verification of radar systems
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on radar system design and development
  • Collaborate with Chief Engineers to develop technical investment plans and roadmaps
  • Mentor and groom junior engineers on radar system design and development
  • Support the capture of new business opportunities and develop technical presentations for customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering
  • Experience in proposal, new business, and capture experience
  • Experience developing user-friendly, object-oriented, GUI-based simulations and tools for array front-end hardware, signal processing, and system thread-based simulation
  • Existing DOD Secret Level clearance or higher
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter with exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • Experience with MS Windows operating system and MS Office products
  • Experience with Matlab
  • Excellent communication skills with prior experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
