Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:
Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization while strengthening company culture and the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to discuss progress and goals.
- Consult with line management to provide HR guidance and support.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, as well as develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
