Job Description

Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents in their communities. The successful candidate will coordinate access to community-based services and benefits, enhancing community engagement and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in human services is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Center residents and deliver services that meet their needs.
  • Support residents in maintaining self-sufficiency and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Foster collaborative initiatives with residents and community partners.
  • Work with property management staff to provide resident referrals and eviction prevention services.
  • Maintain resident files and submit reports to HDC and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in organization and team meetings to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
