Job Overview

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of our talent acquisition programs to drive company and human capital strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and business leadership to understand key concerns and build solutions that will successfully attract high-quality, diverse, and critical talent.
  • Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in talent acquisition practices and policies.
  • Provide strategic oversight of front-line, managerial, and executive talent acquisition programs, including overseeing third-party/executive search firms.
  • Engage resources such as external consultants/contractors, as needed, to develop, execute, and refine programs.
  • Establish and measure key talent acquisition program metrics to understand the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Drive external employer and candidate branding strategy by partnering with internal and external resources.
  • Optimize and simplify TA systems and processes to consistently improve execution.
  • Recruit top talent to join the company.
  • Build and increase effectiveness of the university relations and new college hiring program.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of related talent acquisition experience.
  • A deep understanding, developed through experience, of the talent acquisition landscape in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced organization that requires high levels of influence, relationship-building, and agility to secure necessary support for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability to interact directly with front-line and VP-level leaders.
  • Proven experience developing, continually advancing, and scaling talent acquisition programs, systems, and administrative guidelines based on business needs and long-range objectives.
  • Strong project management, people management, and collaboration skills.
  • Resilient with a high level of personal integrity and energy.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of connecting business goals to talent acquisition practices in order to drive the most impactful hiring investments.
  • Ability to influence at all levels through clear, informed, and logical business justification and discussion.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing through change and achieving deliverables against aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., SHRM, SPHR) are a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
