We are currently in search of a Remote Regional Sales Executive for the Chicago Metro Area, covering regions such as Downers Grove, Schaumburg, and Joliet.
The Regional Sales Executive will play a crucial role within our organization, focusing on driving sales and marketing initiatives within this vital territory. This is a full-time, W-2, remote/outside sales position. The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with leading the company's sales efforts by coordinating and directing territory sales activities to foster product demand through the establishment of effective relationships, thereby contributing to the company's vision, culture, values, and work environment. The role involves increasing sales of our product offerings, enhancing customer knowledge of our products, targeting key accounts, developing opportunities, and surpassing sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and promote continuous product improvement.
- Educate clients on the value proposition and advantages of our products.
- Travel within the assigned territory at least four days a week; one day may be allocated for planning and analysis from a home office.
- Conduct a minimum of seventeen (17) qualified in-services annually at rehabilitation providers or referral facilities.
- Participate in weekly call reports to assess and provide feedback on sales activities.
- Stay updated on new and existing product developments and industry standards.
- Monitor competitors and leading customer strategies.
- Remain informed about government regulations related to competitive bidding and Medicare billing codes.
- Adhere to company safety policies and participate in required safety training.
- Engage in other business travel as necessary.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in durable medical equipment (DME) and/or mobility solutions is required.
- A reliable vehicle, such as a minivan, SUV, or crossover, in good condition is necessary for transporting multiple samples for presentations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is essential.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Flexibility in work schedules is required, with availability based on business needs.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.
- A valid US Driver's License in good standing is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.
Educational Background: A high school diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience; or an equivalent combination of closely related experience, education, and/or training. A college degree is preferred. RESNA credentialing and/or ATP certification is a plus.
