Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed professional to join our team as a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.


Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (must be fluent in Spanish).
  • Property & Casualty license (required).
  • Life and Health license (required).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide timely and thorough activity reports.
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
