Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is a critical role that plays a key part in Acima's mission to empower individuals and families through accessible Lease-To-Own solutions. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in account management and sales activities while delivering exceptional customer service experiences.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate with Acima retail partners to process credit turn-down applications and web orders, converting customers into Acima credit customers.
  • Review lease applications, promote and sell Acima's leasing benefits, and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, driving customer growth through various channels.
  • Provide education on Lease-To-Own terms, payment terms, benefits, and the application process to customers.
  • Closing the sales cycle by converting applications, including in-store and web orders.
  • Work as a cooperative team member with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
  • Report to and communicate with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.


Requirements

  • Establish partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on the Lease-To-Own process.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain consistent customer satisfaction and friendly service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
