Responsibilities

  • Teach Pilates group reformer classes to clients in a safe and effective manner
  • Instruct private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment
  • Assist with membership sales and client check-ins
  • Build studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales & services

Requirements

  • Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
  • Experience teaching group classes
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
  • Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
  • Focused on customer service with excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • This position offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and performance
