A highly skilled Project Coordinator is sought by A-V Services, Inc. to support the assigned Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify project requirements and develop solutions to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and team goals to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and ensure all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
- Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in AV field installations.
- CTS Certified a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, Crestron, AMX, and other relevant software.
- Full understanding of audio and video programs.
