Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish Preferred

At PLS Financial Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point-of-contact with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is required
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

The approximate hourly wage range for the Customer Service Representative in California is between $16.90 and $17.75.
