  • Maximize operating performance by working closely with the Community Director to ensure timely rent collection and efficient lease execution.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and assist in monthly financial accounting, reporting, and variance explanations.
  • Maintain up-to-date resident and unit maintenance records, adhering to LURIN maintenance policies.
  • Assist in maintaining the physical condition of the property, completing inspections for cleanliness, market-readiness, and potential safety hazards.
  • Address resident concerns promptly, referring complex issues to the Community Director as needed.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
