About the Role:

Experis seeks a seasoned Data Privacy Risk Specialist to support our clients in the financial sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PIAs to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks
  • Develop and implement privacy controls to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective privacy programs

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in data privacy at a financial institution, fintech, or insurance company
  • Excellent understanding of privacy regulations, including TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, and HIPAA/HITECH
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
