OneTrust SME

As a OneTrust SME, you will be responsible for leading projects to implement OneTrust modules and serving as the subject matter expert for configuration implementation and troubleshooting. You will evaluate existing privacy policies and standards to configure and implement required privacy rights automation, including Data Subject Rights Automation (DSAR), universal consent, cookie consent, and preference management.

You will analyze cookies and cookie categories to support consent management configuration within the OneTrust Platform and engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of OneTrust solution modules and successful integration within clients' environments. Integration expertise using third-party APIs to facilitate data exchange and reporting is also required.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with the project team members to produce weekly status reports and weekly project logs consisting of issues, risks, action items, and progress against planned activities for a given week.

• Lead projects to implement OneTrust modules
• Serve as the subject matter expert for configuration implementation and troubleshooting
• Evaluate existing privacy policies and standards to configure and implement required privacy rights automation
• Analyze cookies and cookie categories to support consent management configuration within the OneTrust Platform
• Engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of OneTrust solution modules and successful integration within clients' environments
• Integration expertise using third-party APIs to facilitate data exchange and reporting
• Collaborate with project team members to produce weekly status reports and weekly project logs

• Experience planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating implementation of SaaS systems, preferably in a Data Privacy Compliance or other enterprise software professional services environment
• Experience in implementing and managing user consent mechanisms on websites or applications using OneTrust platform
• Configuration and implementation of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) workflows within the OneTrust platform, including API-based data source integration
