As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers realize their dream of homeownership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating customers and setting clear expectations for a successful home construction process.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through their home buying journey.
  • Utilizing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the local Realtor community and attract potential home buyers.
  • Engaging in ongoing sales training through our proprietary sales enablement platform and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborating with the local sales team and presenting quarterly business plans to builder partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing the model home during operational hours, ensuring the model home, sales office, and community are well-maintained.

Compensation & Benefits:

Your compensation will include an annual base salary complemented by commission, with an income earning potential of $80K - $100K. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated, educated, and goal-oriented sales professional. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A real estate license is not mandatory at the start but must be obtained during training.
