Sales Development Associate

As a Sales Development Associate at LoadUp, you will play a crucial role in guiding customer prospects through the sales cycle, establishing relationships, and educating customers about our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and educate them about LoadUp's services
- Guide customers through the sales cycle, including multiple contact points and methods
- Responsible for closing orders by scheduling services and educating customers about all things LoadUp
- Uncapped Commission - Your hard work will pay off and never be limited
- Entry-Level Position - Start your career and grow as the company grows
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly over the phone while handling customer objections and rejections effectively
- Comfortability with web-based software and tools
- Willingness to learn and persistent attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- $18 - $20 per hour + monthly sales commission
