Sales Development Associate

As a Sales Development Associate at LoadUp, you will play a crucial role in guiding customer prospects through the sales cycle, establishing relationships, and educating customers about our services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that values innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple contact points and methods
- Educate customers about LoadUp's services and set proper expectations
- Closing orders by scheduling services and educating customers about all things LoadUp
- Uncapped Commission - Your hard work will pay off and never be limited
- Entry-Level Position - Start your career and grow as the company grows
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly over the phone while handling customer objections and rejections effectively
- Comfortability with web-based software and tools
- Willingness to learn and persistent attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- $18 - $20 per hour + monthly sales commission
