About the Role

The Mental Health Coordinator will work closely with clients who have behavioral health disabilities and mental health issues. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing emergency supports, and implementing program plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including hygiene, domestic tasks, leisure time, and socializing.
  • Pass medications and perform medical procedures as authorized.
  • Ensure safe operation of medical equipment and provide supervision as needed.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their support teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Certification in crisis intervention and management is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
