We are seeking a highly experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical operations at Minnesota Oncology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of oncology care while working with a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee clinical support operations, ensuring effective nursing staff coverage and compliance with nursing policies across multiple locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in nursing, and supervisory expertise to participate in recruiting, evaluating, and developing clinical personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain efficient nursing staff coverage within budgetary constraints
  • Determine staffing requirements between locations and coordinate employee scheduling
  • Participate in screening, interviewing, and recruiting clinical personnel
  • Assist in reviewing and revising clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper documentation and verify charges
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for clinical staff
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Current MN licensure and registration
  • Current or pending OCN certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience (desired)

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary estimated around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, and various wellness programs.
