**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Coordinator to join our team at GUESS?, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the product life cycle, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional partners, and coordinating daily follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate all stages of the US Wholesale order management, including market-related sample check-in, showroom setup, compiling customer orders, and supply chain updates.

* Own the inventory process from start to finish, maintaining source orders, shipments, and inventory for multiple divisions.

* Proactively coordinate requests with sales, merchandising, product development, and production teams, analyzing and processing to challenge when required.

**Essential Functions**

1. Proactively coordinate requests with sales, merchandising, product development, and production teams.

2. Communicate and act upon changes, cancelations, problem alerts, new offerings, and relevant order information to sales team in a timely manner.

3. Partner with sales team to manage and maintain the seasonal samples throughout the showroom.

**Delivery Tracking**

1. Monitor primary tracker on a weekly basis to determine if there are any forecasted supply chain issues.

2. Communicate with sales team updates from production on any issues that impact accounts.

**Market-Related**

1. Manage market preparation for the wholesale showroom, including sample coordination, set-up, and creating seasonal assortment sheets.

2. Work closely with sales team throughout the total seasonal buy process, reviewing buys to confirm accuracy and ensuring all calendar deadlines are met.

**OTS, RE-ORDERS**

1. Work closely with various internal buying channels to coordinate on late adds, re-orders, and off-price opportunities.

2. Reconcile open-to-sell inventory with sales team while also reviewing for style coding.

**Requirements**

High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
