Job Description

As a Product Coordinator at Deaglo Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the software product lifecycle from conception through launch. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable product strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to shape product development and positioning.
  • Assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the product team and other internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Work closely with the product management team to develop and refine the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product strategies into tangible product features and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and product positioning to ensure products are competitive in the market.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive product development in line with company priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a product management or product coordination role, preferably in enterprise software products in financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A deep curiosity and eagerness to learn about new markets, technologies, and trends.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into product strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
