We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Paradise Tomato Kitchen.

Estimated salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience and a strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting, HVAC skills, fabricating, TIG and MIG welding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the set-up, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in our production facility. This includes observing machines and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, assembling and testing machine parts, adjusting functional parts, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and recording data as assigned.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and basic skills test. Excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to use hand tools and trade-type tools, and good motor coordination are also essential.

In this role, you will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. You will be expected to follow all GMPs and SOPs, maintain a current understanding of industry regulations, and train new hires.

This is a full-time position that requires standing, climbing, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping. The ability to lift 50 lbs frequently is also necessary.
