This 8-week program provides hands-on experience working in an Automotive Branch, offering a comprehensive learning experience through practical application.
Program Details- Duration: 8 weeks
- Location: Automotive Branch in the South-Northern Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee)
- Relocation required for training and placement into Assistant Branch Manager position
As a participant in the LDP, you will gain essential insights into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning to support operations. You will also have access to professional networking opportunities to build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development.
Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
- Willingness to relocate, as required, upon completion of the development program
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- At least 1 year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting
