Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests through various communication channels.
2. Provide precise and timely information about propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account details.
3. Assist customers in placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any issues related to billing or service.
4. Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and operations, to ensure efficient service delivery and address customer concerns.
5. Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all information is current and correctly documented.
6. Promote and suggest additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate.
