Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every guest, demonstrate friendly and helpful service, and thank all customers at the end of each transaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements, and demonstrate solid product knowledge to customers.
  • Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintain proper cash and media accountabilities, and minimize cash discrepancies.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance, stock the floor as needed, and complete housekeeping tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Basic Math Skills: Have basic math skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Communication: Be able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.
Work Environment

This role requires standing/walking (working at cash register) constantly, lifting up to 10 lbs frequently, and repetitive pushing/pulling (scrubbing, wiping, mopping, sweeping, scraping, hosing) constantly. Some exposure to cleaning products, paint, and other chemicals is required.
