Infrastructure and Public Finance Investment Banking Opportunities

Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC is a leading investment banking and financial services company seeking experienced professionals to join its Infrastructure and Public Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical and quantitative support to clients in the public sector, working closely with senior staff to prepare proposals, coordinate responses, and draft client presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial models and cash flow analyses to evaluate debt financing alternatives
  • Compile and analyze historical financial information from public documents
  • Develop and maintain databases on client debt
  • Participate in active transactions and presentations to clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, public administration, or related field
  • Series 52, 63, and SIE licenses required
  • Relevant experience in public finance sector and/or familiarity with municipal debt instruments
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with good understanding of financial markets
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to use Bloomberg and other finance industry statistical and structuring tools
