**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented Digital Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, providing exceptional client experiences, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Campaign Management: Assist in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise during team member absences.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of team members, providing updates on lead delivery status, addressing client questions, and ensuring clients are informed about the ongoing performance of their campaigns.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are running on track, communicating any updates, changes, or issues promptly, and keeping team members aligned on the goals, progress, and adjustments needed during a team member's absence.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on client-facing deliverables to ensure they meet company and client standards before being delivered, ensuring accuracy and high-quality execution in all materials.
  • Reporting & Updates: Maintain communication with both clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery of reports and status updates, addressing any potential issues before they become problems.
  • Additional Support: Provide additional assistance as needed, including data entry, updating internal platforms, managing calendars, or other related tasks that may arise during team absences.
