About the Position

This role involves serving customers and sales staff, resolving product/service issues, and maintaining customer accounts. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product/service information and resolve product/service issues for customers and sales staff
  • Maintain customer accounts and resolve conflicts by clarifying customer needs and determining solutions
  • Work autonomously to build relationships with assigned customers and reps
  • Keep work area clean and organized and be flexible for support of other departments
  • Possess a positive attitude and friendly demeanor in correspondence with customers
  • Maintain confidentiality of company/customer proprietary information
Requirements
  • 2 years in customer service and distribution/manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Phone etiquette and listening skills
  • Conflict resolution and documentation knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in order entry, tracking, and follow-up
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
