Job Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance branch, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the branch's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Service Net Planner with PM campaigns, repairs, and vendor outside work, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory and Productivity:
  • Oversee inventory productivity at the branch, ensuring timely service support and mitigating risk of inventory loss.
  • Partner with Centralized Parts Ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels, sourcing parts defect-free and on-time.
  • Receive, store, and manage parts in an organized and easily accessible manner, ensuring updates to PartsNet occur timely.
  • Manage new and used battery inventory, ensuring tires are available in the right quantity and specifications.
  • Ensure warranty items are shipped and received on time, and follow up on returns and warranty-grams in partnership with the warranty department.
Process Analytics:
  • Perform process analyses and reviews in areas such as inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, and RO reviews.
  • Investigate and recommend solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability, using systems like ServiceNet or AS400 for problem-solving and process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with branch team members.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a preference for experience in service and parts departments.
  • Agile and quick learner, with a passion for collaborative projects and continuous education.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and complete Penske employment application.
