Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance branch. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting administrative processes to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support branch performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering parts, and receiving shipments to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a focus on inventory management and customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:

The Maintenance Coordinator must be able to read, communicate effectively, and remember and analyze certain information. The position requires standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
