Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the branch, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting financial performance. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests, repairs, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to ensure seamless customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering parts, receiving and storing inventory, and ensuring timely updates to PartsNet.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive profitability.
  • Support the branch financial manager in providing guidance and information to contribute to branch performance and profitability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a focus on inventory management and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the branch team.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Regular, predictable attendance and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
