Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Specialist to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As an Activity Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing engaging and rewarding activities in a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring participants' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement diverse activities tailored to the needs of individuals served, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with all departments and programs to meet the needs of individuals served, demonstrating age-specific and cultural competency.
- Provide resources and opportunities to enhance participants' health and well-being, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
- Facilitate activities in both group and individual settings, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Document activities and participant progress in the medical record, adhering to compliance requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in a mental health setting preferred.
- Any client-mandated certifications and/or training required.
