Key Responsibilities- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide Quality Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, and take proactive steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for all positions.
- Previous Experience Working with Seniors: Preferred, but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.
