Senior Dining Server

We're seeking a Senior Dining Server to join our team, someone who is passionate about providing a vibrant dining experience for our residents and guests.

• Serve as a leader among peers, setting an example for others to follow in creating a positive dining experience.
• Greet residents entering the dining room, serve meals, and ensure that dining venues are clean and inviting.
• Participate in the training of new associates and be the role model for the team providing excellence in service standards.
• Lead the dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities as you work to make our residents' lives more enriched.

• 1+ years of dining server experience.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
