Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Source. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
