As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across various business segments (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within our store, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as part of a high-performing team built on trust, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers from the initial greeting through to post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying proven sales techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging teamwork and contributing positively to the store's sales performance and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, including conducting inventory counts.
  • Managing the cash register and processing transactions at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise, and distinguish between various fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation:
$18.75/hr

We consider an individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.

Opportunities may arise to work across multiple store locations and brands.
