About the Role:

The Client Specialist will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences, enabling the sales team to build lasting relationships with our customers. This is a training position for the Sales Associate role with a maximum assignment length of six months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all store sales meetings and attend vendor training sessions.
  • Present training to the store team on weekends to ensure everyone benefits.
  • Understand daily and weekly promotions and price merchandise accordingly.
  • Assist with ad set and ad pricing on the showroom floor.
  • Process transactions through the POS system.
  • Assist customers and sales team with finance options and apply through the waterfall porthole.
  • Understand and distribute greeter sheets.
  • Utilize the Digital Ups system and manage customer flow during open floor hours.
  • Assist sales team with PPP presentation and processes.
  • Learn and demonstrate thorough knowledge of Sleep sales process, policies, and comfort trail.
  • Assist with PPP sales process and product.
  • Act as a social media specialist to leverage global campaigns in the store marketplace.
  • Assist with store presentation standards, pricing, and Ready All Day floor maintenance.
  • Assist sales team with scheduling filled orders.
  • Engage incoming customer calls for sales as needed.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills.
  • Basic numerical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic PC skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.
