Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and support to caregivers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for clients with ASD
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
