Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Float Pool

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool team at Wayne Center in Wayne, PA. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

About the Role:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
