Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at Genesis HealthCare. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain certification and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
