Location:
- Charlotte, NC / Plano or Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, and Unix. Manage data center infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, and knowledge of GPU/CPU. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues via trouble tickets. Deploy Cisco layer 2 networking equipment and rack, build, cable, and configure client and AMD servers. Maintain a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
Experience with operating system installation, data center management, and hardware troubleshooting. Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows Server. Familiarity with virtualization, networking, and GPU/CPU. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship. Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RAID levels, web server, and database installation. Familiarity with cabling and port mapping. Understanding of basic hardware troubleshooting and logical methods of resolution.
