Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our Service Department, specifically to develop business for our preventative maintenance service contract product. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of achievement in sales, with a proven ability to achieve results and build relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business for our preventative maintenance service contract product through prospecting and referrals
- Schedule sales appointments and manage/qualify leads
- Closing business through direct contact or over the phone
- Apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of accounts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong commercial roofing experience preferred
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Professional sales training methodology
